Sport and photography have been closely associated for many years, to the benefit of both spectators and participants. It is therefore reasonable to assume that a participant acknowledges that professionally approved photographers may take photographs at sporting events. Your peace of mind is assured by the fact that official Splash photographers will have been invited to take photos by the organisers, having first fully satisfied their selection criteria.
Splash Photos Code of Conduct
All Splash photographers and staff:
- will only attend an event in an official capacity where specifically invited to do so by the organisers
- will not have unsupervised access to young people during the event
- will undertake the appropriate enhanced CRB check
- will be easily identified by wearing Splash branded clothing at all times
Photographs:
- all children photographed must be appropriately dressed for the sport or event in which they are participating
- photographs will be in good taste and in keeping with the event taking place

SPLASH owns and retains the copyright in all photographs taken by its staff and any freelance photographers commissioned by the company. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user.
These images are copyrighted and protected under Copyright Laws. All rights reserved. You are purchasing the photograph only, not the right to use or reproduce the photograph. To copy, scan, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display any image you will need written permission from SPLASH Limited.
The images are supplied to you as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold SPLASH Limited, including its partners, franchisees and subsidiary companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, expenses, damages or costs resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or your use of the images provided.
This Agreement

3 - Refund Policy
Since your photographs or personalised gifts are one of a kind, refunds on photos cannot usually be given other than for damage which has occurred during delivery, where a full replacement can be arranged. However we want to make sure you are completely satisfied, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days. This does not effect your statutory consumer rights.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct level of insurance cover when placing your order. Replacement of damaged goods can only be made up to the value of the insurance you have selected.
